gDN Overview
Global Dealer Networking (gDN) is a package designed to provide the ultimate in sales and after sales support for the management of warranty business worldwide.
The system provides solutions that are entirely parameter driven, giving flexibility and web delivered, accessibility anywhere with an internet connection.
It is not only multi-company and multi-currency but (most impressively) multi-lingual. The package handles single and instalment payment patterns with credit card and Direct Debit payment through bank approved software.
gDN supports many products and routes to market in sectors including motor, heavy plant and household goods. It provides excellent feedback for the insurer and manages manufacturers’ extended warranty, re-insurer, obligor and third party administration business. Data can be keyed or transferred business to business via web service and agreed data feed formats.
